Availability Almost all of our items are kept in stock and we aim to despatch within 48 hours. The lead time for items which are made to order (i.e. bespoke brackets) will be quoted at point of order. Please allow longer during busy periods. Delivery We aim to despatch stock items within 48 hours and our charge for consignments up to 20kg throughout England, Scotland and Wales is £9.95 (exc. vat). Smaller items start from £5.75 (exc. vat) depending on size and weight. For heavier items and all other destinations, please enquire. Saturday and timed deliveries are available. Please enquire. Our parcels are sent on an overnight service using either our carrier or Royal Mail Special Delivery, both of which require a signature on arrival. Guarantee If you are not completely happy with any of the products you receive from us, for whatever reason, we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or give you a full and prompt refund. Returns To return an item, simply call us on 01993 832 940. We will make arrangements with you for it to be returned by the most appropriate method. We are happy to pay return costs on any defective item, however our standard carriage costs will apply if you simply decide you do not like the product. Alternatively, you may wish to return any small items via Royal Mail.
